Gaming is growing at FenCon!

Want to run your favorite game at FenCon? Want to volunteer and help make gaming even more awesome? Here’s your chance to do that and earn a FenCon Badge!

Here’s how:

Free Weekend Pass: 12+ hours of gaming and/or working the staff table.

If you can only attend one day: 4 hours for Friday and Sunday for a free Day Pass 8 hours for a Saturday Day Pass

If you are running a game and no one shows up, you are obligated to wait 30 minutes before leaving. If no one shows, then you are released as fulfilling your work slot.

There are many ways to volunteer not only in the gaming room, but in the program tract.

Please send your request to gaming@fencon.org. In your email, let us know what game you want to run and when, (what day, what session (time or just list morning, afternoon, night, late night is fine). If you just want to help run the gaming room and are comfortable going from table to table, please let us know! Thank you so much! Matt Sims, head of gaming or Tiffany Franzoni, assistant to gaming, will response quickly.

Preliminary gaming schedule will be posted by Mid-March. As GM’s get registered, the schedule will be updated. We are looking forward to Red Dragon Inn tournaments, board game demos, and tons of new players enjoying FenCon!
