"Can my group throw a room party?" We'd love to have you or your group throw a party at FenCon IX but we need to have you register with us first. There's a simple form to fill out that lets you know the rules and lets us know you know the rules. Just e-mail the FenCon hotel liaison at hotel@fencon.org for all the details. Thanks!
