We accept cash, major credit cards, money orders, or checks made out to FenCon for memberships purchased at the door.

On-Site Registration Hours:

• Friday: opens at 11:00am, closes at 9:00pm
• Saturday: opens at 9:00am, closes at 6:00pm
• Sunday: opens at 10:00am, closes at 3:00pm

Online and by-mail registration are closed.

$40 at the door Regular members get: the souvenir program book convention guide a standard welcome packet

$20 at the door Young Adult members: must be between the ages of 13 and 21, inclusive minors must be accompanied by a paid adult member

$15 at the door Child members: must be between the ages of 6 and 12, inclusive must be accompanied by a paid adult member

Q: What if I buy a membership but can't make it to FenCon this year?

A: If you notified us (members@fencon.org) by Thursday, September 1st, 2011, then we will directly transfer your membership to the following year. We do not issue refunds for memberships.

If you don't notify us and you had a Regular attending membership then we're sorry but there are no refunds or rollovers.

If you don't notify us and you had a Friend of the Fen membership then we will rollover your membership to the following year at the Regular level. (Any Regular member may upgrade to Friend of the Fen before September 1st for the standard conversion rate, currently $15.) Why does a Friend of the Fen get the automatic rollover? It's one of the extra benefits of that level of membership. If you have any more questions about memberships, please ask us.
