About FenCon

FenCon is a Fan-Operated Science Fiction and Fantasy Literary and Filk Convention in the Dallas/fort Worth Area

Our very first event was held in 2004 in Dallas, Texas with Larry Niven as Guest of Honor.

FenCon has grown from a purely literary and filk event to one that also celebrates art, science, gaming, costuming, and maker activities.

FenCon is a production of the Dallas Future Society, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to the adfancement of science, literature, and music for the future of all mankind.
