When you use this website to become a DFS member, request information offered via the website, or otherwise interact with DFS through the website, we may ask you to provide us with certain information about yourself, including, your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and membership status ("personal information").

We will use personal information for the purposes of fulfilling membership requests and other requests for information and updates regarding the website and FenCon. We will never share your personal information with with any sponsor or other third party. We may use personal information for our own fund raising and marketing efforts. Except as provided below under "Disclosures for Legal Reasons", we will not sell, trade or otherwise provide personal information to any commercial or governmental entity. We may compile and provide aggregate statistics about our website visitors to third parties, but these statistics will not include any personal information.
