Offering everything a fan could want from books to t-shirts to filk to toys and much more, the FenCon XIV dealers room is full of fannish goodness! Located in the center of the programming floor, this is a spacious dealer room with plenty of tables and wide aisles. Please contact us to sign up for a spot in our dealer's room!

 Space in the FenCon Dealer Room always sells out quickly. If you're interested in joining us for FenCon XIV in 2018, please use the following FenCon Dealer Request (Word) (PDF) form to submit your information to our dealer liaison Loretta Morgan.

FenCon Dealer Room Setup (tentative):

• Thursday: opens at 7:00pm, closes at 11:00pm
• Friday: opens at 10:00am, ends at 2:00pm

FenCon Dealer Room Hours (tentative):

• Friday: opens at 2:00pm, closes at 6:45pm
• Saturday: opens at 10:00am, closes at 6:00pm
• Sunday: opens at 10:00am, closes at 4:00pm

FenCon Dealer Room Vendors:

FenCon's very own FenConvenience Store will be at Table 1 & 2 by the door selling FenCon t-shirts, totebags, souvenir program books, and our limited-edition signed and numbered art prints by our past and present artist guests of honor. 100% of the price of these prints goes to benefit the designated charity.

Are you an author with a book to sell? Do you have an interesting science project? Or a club to promote? Then you need to “Rent-a-Table” at this year's FenCon. We still have spaces available on Friday afternoon, early on Saturday, and most of Sunday. Payment will be accepted in the Dealers Room at the FenCon Store. Our kind, courteous staff will be happy to help you find the spot that is just right for you. Sign up early as slots will fill up fast!

Rent-A-Table: The Rent-A-Tables are located in our main public area with the other fan and author tables for maximum exposure to the FenCon membership. For just $5, you get use of one-half of a standard six-foot table for two hours. For just $10 you can have the whole table for 2 hours. Some restrictions apply. Please contact us to sign up for a table in advance!
