Stay connected: The hotel provides free wireless broadband internet connections in all guest rooms, the lobby and restaurant areas. Wi Fi access is available in the meeting space areas for a minimal charge.

Please note: The Westin DFW features free parking plus offers a free shuttle to and from DFW airport. All guest rooms and public areas are 100% non-smoking. The hotel allows dogs up to 40 pounds. Please contact them directly for fees.

Also note that the hotel is EMV/Chip & Pin Ready. You may need a PIN to check in. If you don't have a PIN, please contact your credit card issuer to set one up.

"How do I book a room at the FenCon rate?"

You must use the FenCon hotel reservation link to get the special FenCon rate. Our rates are $107 for a standard guest room at single through quadruple occupancy.

"How do I get to the hotel?"

The hotel website features an excellent guide for driving at https://www.marriott.com/hotels/maps/travel/dfwwa-the-westin-dallas-fort-worth-airport/. Additionally, they offer free airport shuttle service from all terminals. Just ask for the Westin DFW!

"Is there a booking/reservation code I should use?"

FenCon hotel reservation link once it's available, or call (at 888-627-8617), tell them you are with the FenCon group and ask for our special rate.

"Can my group throw a room party?"

We'd love to have you or your group throw a party at FenCon XIII but we need to have you register with us first. Simply E-mail the FenCon hotel liaison at hotel@fencon.org for all the details.

"Is there a con suite?"

Why yes, yes there is! You can find it on the 14th floor, room 1429.

"Can we get a suite for our room party?"

There are a limited number of suites available each night of FenCon and they're sure to sell out quickly. E-mail the FenCon hotel liaison at hotel@fencon.org to check availability.

"I live locally, why should I stay at the hotel?"

• You are supporting the convention. We need to reach a certain number of 'room nights' to keep the cost of the convention space as low as possible.
• It's safer. You don't have to worry about driving home after a long day at the con.
• You have a place to crash during the day, a place to change outfits, and a place to store your many purchases from the dealers room.
